Each item below includes a daily one hour visit, unlimited calls or messages to the nurse, transportation to and from appointments, access to online patient portal, and adjustable scheduling, along with all other focused nursing care specific to you.
Daily visit for 7 days including weekends and holidays. Can be broken apart; does not have to be consecutive days
Daily Visit for 14 days including weekends and holidays. Can be broken apart; does not have to be consecutive days.

Any additional days or hours added onto the base packages will be charged based on length of hours per week.
additional hours added equaling 12 hours or less per week will be charged at a rate of $100/hour

additional hours added equaling 24-48 hours per week will be charged at a rate of $75/hour
